1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Welcome to the INCA TOPS S.A. Website (hereinafter INCA TOPS). This document regulates the contractual terms and conditions for the purchase of products and/or services offered by INCA TOPS S.A. through this Website. The current products that our users can purchase are published in the Stock Service section (https://www.incatops.com/stockservice/).
By accessing and using our site, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter Terms and Conditions and/or T&C). It is the User’s obligation to read them carefully before making payment and completing any purchase.
2. PROMOTIONS POLICY
2.1 Discounts and Promotions
- Exclusive 3% Web Discount
All products (except those in the Sale category) have an automatic 3% discount, which is applied and reflected directly at checkout. This discount cannot be combined with other current promotions.
- CONOFERTAS Promotions
Periodically, we activate special discounts on selected products under the CONOFERTAS campaign.
These promotions apply only to specific colors of certain qualities, and discounts may vary depending on available stock.
CONOFERTAS discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or applied outside the published period.
Product colors may vary depending on the screen settings of the device used for purchase. The images shown on the Website are for reference only and may not accurately represent the actual shade of the yarn. Confirmed orders from our warehouse are subject to availability and logistical conditions. Only the colors specified on the product campaign page are available; personalized orders outside the published range are not possible. None of the promotions or discounts may be combined with other current offers. We reserve the right to modify prices, terms of sale, and availability without prior notice. INCA TOPS is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, transport problems, or customs regulations. By making a purchase, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
3. SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICY
3.1 Shipping and Delivery
All our yarns in cone packages are sold weighing 1 kg with a deviation of plus or minus 3%.
For balls or skeins, a minimum order of 30 kg is required, and may include up to 5 colors (6 kg per color).
Shipping depends on the country of purchase:
- United States of America: Within a maximum of 120 hours after internal order confirmation. (Shipping is understood as
the order-preparation process until it leaves our warehouses). Shipping of products purchased in balls or skeins will take place four weeks after confirmation of the order.
- Peru: Within a maximum of 24 hours after internal order confirmation. (S Shipping is understood as the order-preparation process until it leaves our warehouses hipping is understood to be the order preparation process until it leaves our warehouses). For products purchased in balls or skeins, shipping will take place two to three weeks after the order is confirmed.
We offer several shipping options, including:
- Standard Shipping: 24 to 72 hours
- Prioritized Shipping: 24 to 48 hours
- Free Shipping for specific campaigns: 24 to 72 hours
Customers can choose their shipping option during the checkout process, and the total cost will be automatically computed according to their choice.
In-Store Pickup:
Available only for purchases made within Peru, at our physical stores in:

3.2. Payment Methods and Security
Product or service prices are shown in US dollars, including or excluding taxes as expressly indicated.
INCA TOPS reserves the right to change prices at any time, which will not affect confirmed orders in any way.
The Stock Service section of the Website operates with secure and certified payment gateways. All information entered is protected by encryption of high standards.
Users may make payments using the methods available on the platform (credit/debit cards, transfers, electronic payment platforms, etc.).
All payments will be processed securely and in accordance with the current regulations applicable in each jurisdiction.
Important note: We do not request personal information or passwords through external or informal channels.
INCA TOPS is not responsible for any phishing or identity-theft attempts.
We recommend that you always verify that you are browsing our official Website before making a transaction.
3.3. Order Confirmation
Once the User completes the purchase process and makes the payment, they will receive a confirmation via their registered email address, indicating the order status and estimated delivery times. Order acceptance is subject to product availability.
All orders are subject to internal confirmation, verification of available stock, and payment validation.
Product delivery times and conditions are detailed in each offer or purchase confirmation. INCA TOPS will make reasonable efforts to meet the indicated deadlines, but this does not constitute an absolute guarantee.
INCA TOPS reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in the event of non-compliance with these terms, suspicion of fraud, or errors in the information provided by the user.
4. RETURN POLICY
4.1. Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations
As these are industrial and wholesale products, exchanges and/or returns will be accepted only in the event of a shipping error or manufacturing defect. INCA TOPS will not be liable for damages resulting from improper use of the product.
If you received a product that does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details at essentials@incatops.com.
4.2. Color Disclaimer
Please note that the colors of the products shown on our Website may vary slightly from the actual colors. This may be due to monitor or screen calibration, lighting sources, digital photography, or other factors. Colors are perceived differently by each person.
